HubCRM.us is a customer relationship management (CRM) and business operations platform designed to help businesses manage contacts, customers, projects, tasks, communications, invoices, internal workflows, and related business operations.
You are solely responsible for obtaining, managing, and maintaining your own customers and business operations.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep such information updated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security, operational, or legal risks.
You retain ownership of the business and customer data you upload or enter into the Service ("Customer Data").
You grant HubCRM.us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide and maintain the Service.
You are solely responsible for:
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and related charges.
Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You agree not to use the Service:
We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and security of the Service.
However, the Service may experience interruptions, downtime, delays, vulnerabilities, cyberattacks, ransomware incidents, unauthorized access, hardware failures, software defects, maintenance events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUBCRM.US DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, OR AVAILABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES, MALWARE, RANSOMWARE, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUBCRM.US AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, CYBERATTACKS, RANSOMWARE INCIDENTS, ACCOUNT COMPROMISES, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO HUBCRM.US DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HubCRM.us and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of:
Prior to initiating any legal proceeding, arbitration, or claim against HubCRM.us, you agree to first provide written notice of the dispute by email to: [email protected]
The notice must include sufficient detail regarding the nature of the dispute.
HubCRM.us shall have thirty (30) days from receipt of the notice to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, except where prohibited by law.
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS ARBITRATION.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, security concerns, nonpayment, or operational reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
